eShop Now offers replacement warranty on all products. All of our products have 1 day replacement warranty while few of the products have 3 or 7 days replacement warranty. Warranty time period is stated on every product description.
eShop Now provides replacement policy for all our products so you can be sure that the product you have purchased online has no manufacturing fault or defects. If any issue occurred within a specified warranty time period you should inform us via Call or WhatsApp at 0322-2221518 then your product shall be replaced right away.
All Physical faults are to be inspected at the time of purchase and they are the ones which can be visible but claims for scratches, dents shall not be entertained in our replacement policy.
If you are getting your delivery from a Courier company *e.g. (TCS)* and they do not let you open the flyer then you can report about any fault in the product on the day you get the delivery via call or WhatsApp.
Please note that items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging.
Our company logo warranty stickers are pasted on every product. You can remove those after thoroughly checking the product or after specified warranty time period. Once stickers are removed or shows the indication of tampering then the replacement will not be claimed in case of any fault.
